Hydration is evolving. Our foundation's mission is to hydrate with clean water (not sugar drinks), no matter the source. Bottled water, tap water, any clean water source will give your body what it wants and needs to be properly hydrated. Schools can install hydration stations, ban sale of bottled water

The Halifax regional school board voted Wednesday night to give schools the authority to do something they already have the power to do: ban the sale of bottled water.
But a last-minute amendment introduced by board member Chris Poole strengthened the otherwise lacklustre decision by asking schools to install hydration stations when funding becomes available and then to phase out the sale of bottled water at those schools.
Hydration stations differ from regular drinking fountains because they have a spout designed to accommodate filling bottles.
