Our Friday reminder is to please remember to bring water with you all day long. One gulp at a time of natures most important liquid is what all people, plants and animals need to survive. Ok, air and food are also important. It is so simple yet critical for daily health and hydration that you drink enough water. Remember to GULPWATER.
